With room for eleven (11) people, the Farmhouse is
an ideal getaway for the family or a group of friends.
 The country-style kitchen features a traditional wood stove as well as many modern conveniences. There is the beauty of an
open fire in both the lounge and the master bedroom, with two bathrooms
sure to ease the morning congestion.
Country living is further emphasised with a warm and
inviting sunroom, as well as a piano allowing old-fashioned sing-a-longs.
As well as all of this, please remember that your booking
also includes:

a full breakfast hamper for your first night which
you're sure to enjoy;

self-contained accommodation, including a fresh supply
of linen;

provision of all wood for open fireplaces and wood
stove;

a full-sized tennis court free for your use.
 Also available upon request and for an extra cost is the
option to order a sumptuous dinner, cooked to your liking, and delivered
to your door. Please note that the menu changes every month, so
you're guaranteed variety.
The Farmhouse costs $360 per night (including GST) for up
to six (6) people. Each additional guest is $20 per night (including GST). There are special rates available for weekly and mid-week

If you have a group exceeding 13 people, there is additional
accommodation available at James' to sleep another ten (10) people,
making full accommodation for 23 people. Please contact us for more
